Manage $60K annual Meta advertising budget, creating Facebook ad campaigns from initial creative assets through detailed audience targeting to drive dealership traffic and sales.

Stage 2. Website Management & Optimization

Handle website customization within Subaru's third-party template system, maintaining consistent branding, promotional content updates, landing pages, and basic SEO optimization.

Stage 3. Content Creation & Photography

Create monthly promotional materials, vehicle specials graphics, and seasonal campaigns. Photograph professional employee headshots using Canon R10 with

24-70mm lens, edited in Lightroom.

Stage 4. Video Production

Produce and edit various long-form video content for the dealership. Notable project includes behind-the-scenes documentary following owner Scott Crouch's 16th Pikes Peak Hill Climb, handling concept through final YouTube distribution.

Stage 5. Brand Consistency & Social Media

Maintain cohesive brand identity across all touchpoints, manage Google Business Profile, and create content for Facebook and Instagram while balancing corporate requirements with local market needs.

Stage 4. Concept Development

Created a unique street photography approach focused on capturing special moments people might want to remember - couples enjoying their day, people with their dogs, or other candid scenes in downtown Boulder.

Stage 5. Equipment Setup

Used Sony FX30 camera with 17-70mm lens for high-quality photo capture, Ray-Ban Meta glasses for POV filming, and Dispo disposable lens for authentic film-like aesthetics to document the entire process.

Stage 3. Content Creation

Approached strangers to photograph meaningful moments, then created clean, simple social media posts for Instagram and TikTok showcasing both the photography process and final images.

Outcomes

Successfully established comprehensive marketing and creative system for Flatirons Subaru, managing advertising campaigns, website presence, and promotional materials that drive business results. The Pikes Peak Hill Climb documentary showcased the dealership's unique motorsport identity while professional employee headshots and consistent brand management strengthened their market positioning in the competitive Boulder automotive market.
